In this role, you\'ll manage the full recruitment process, using your market expertise to set competitive salary benchmarks and engage top candidates in Philippines. You\'ll build a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure candidates align with company requirements. Strong communication, organization, and a strategic mindset will be key to success in this role. How you’ll spend your day Manage independent recruitment processes Demonstrate job market expertise, and determine local salary ranges. Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels. Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ fit for roles. Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles. Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions. Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies. You'll be successful if you have Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks Excellent English skills (both spoken and written) 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment Higher education High attention to detail Agility, proactivity and creativity Positive attitude and good communication skills Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task What we offer Opportunity to skyrocket your career in talent acquisition Flexible working hours.
