Lead the part of the business in the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities. Brand Marketing Plan (Design & Deploy) Flavor/Pack Innovation/ Renovations Campaign development and deployment Key Success Metrics Financial Metrics: Underlying Sales Growth (USG) and Underlying Operating Margin (UOM)Brand Power GrowthInnovation Delivery to Business Cases Key Interfaces Internal Cross-Functional Project Team (including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Business Development, Media, Consumer & Market Insight, Customer Strategy & Planning) Internal Regional Brand Teams Creative, Media, and PR/Influencer Agencies Key Skills/Experience Required Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Management or Customer Business DevelopmentConsumer and Customer UnderstandingProject Management and Problem SolvingGood with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.)Communication & Presentation SkillsLeading Teams and Managing Stakeholders Additional Information As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025.
