Formulate long and short-term marketing plans to achieve sales objectives. Develop marketing programs and projects for new product launches and market opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development, launch, and monitoring. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Creative, Media, PR/Digital Agencies, Corporate Media, and Research for integrated marketing campaigns. Prepare sales information for monthly business reviews. Ensure compliance with marketing policies and brand visual identity. Gather reports on competitor pricing and product performance. Coordinate with suppliers, creative agencies, and Marketing Assistant for marketing materials. Develop memos for campaign launches for SBM/BM approval. Job QualificationsMust be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related course. At least 2-3 years of experience Brand Management (specifically on New Product Development/Product Innovation), Marketing or Advertising.
