Job Description Lead execution of bancassurance strategy across channels and partners Act as Relationship Manager for branches, subsidiaries, vendors, and insurance partners Champion insurance referral and cross-sell programs across customer segments Oversee product development, lead generation, processing, and payments Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure compliance and process integrity Support the Bancassurance Head in achieving business growth targets The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or insurance licenses preferred 15+ years in bancassurance, banking, or insurance with program and relationship management experience 10+ years leading sales teams with a proven track record in coaching and performance Strong knowledge of general insurance and strategic partnerships Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Highly adaptable, driven, and able to navigate complex organizational structures What's on Offer Senior leadership role in a top-tier financial institution Opportunity to shape bancassurance strategy and execution Collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure Competitive compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
