What You’ll Do Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, amendments, and addenda, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage legal operations and contract matters, including assisting in partner/vendor negotiations and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with local regulations. Provide legal support to various departments on projects, policies, SOPs, and business processes requiring legal input. Conduct legal research and due diligence for contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions, while maintaining updated company and subsidiary legal records. Support dispute management by assisting in legal claims, liaising with external counsel or regulators when necessary, and handling all confidential information with integrity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university. Has 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts; FMCG industry background is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Team player with a proactive attitude, eager to learn, and equipped with strong knowledge of contract law and corporate compliance. Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.
