Our core clients are in the gaming industry, specifically i-casino and iGaming companies. We help them improve their platforms by enhancing user engagement and providing new opportunities for growth. Our goal is to ensure that our clients experience an excellent digital that is interactive and dynamic. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and contractual obligations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations while maintaining compliance with gaming and payment regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage commercial agreements specific to the industry we cater (e.g., operator and supplier contracts, affiliate agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements). Coordinate and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation for our partners / clients. Assist in handling regulatory filings, license, renewals, and compliance documentation . Maintain organized records of contracts, legal correspondence, and gaming compliance documents. Liaise with internal departments such as Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely submission of legal and regulatory requirements. Track key contract dates, such as renewals, expirations, and reporting deadlines related to gaming operations. Draft contract, legal correspondence, internal memos, and compliance summaries. Provide general administrative and legal support to the Legal and Compliance teams. Qualifications Juris Doctor / Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal, paralegal, compliance, or administrative support roles (iGaming experience is an advantage). Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with contracts, gaming compliance requirements, and industry regulatory frameworks . High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
