About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a junior to mid-level lawyer who brings practical legal expertise to support the company's day-to-day operations, contracts, compliance, and corporate matters. This position is ideal for a Senior Associate at a law firm seeking an in-house opportunity. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements Provide legal support and guidance across departments, especially on regulatory and compliance matters Assist in corporate governance, internal policies, and risk mitigation initiatives Handle notarization of documents (Highly preferred) Support ad hoc legal requests as needed by the executive team Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the Philippines 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferably from a reputable law firm or corporate legal department Strong commercial and contract law background Notarial commission (Highly preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
