Job Description / Job Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain robust data workflows for B2B and B2C prospect list generation. Utilize modern data enrichment and prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, etc.) to pull, clean, and segment large datasets. Take full ownership of data hygiene and integrity within our CRM and outreach platforms. Create and manage complex data "waterfalls" and automation sequences to enrich and qualify leads. Analyze data to identify trends, improve audience targeting, and optimize the performance of our outreach campaigns. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to understand their data requirements and deliver high-quality, actionable lists. Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and continuously improve our data management processes. Must-Haves Qualifications / Requirements 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Demand Generation). Demonstrable, hands-on experience with modern data prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms). Strong proficiency in managing, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets (advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills are essential). Experience in building and managing data workflows for B2B and/or B2C outreach. Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Nice-to-Haves Direct and advanced experience using Clay.io. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with email outreach and deliverability principles.
