Your role Trends Group Inc. is looking for talented individuals fitted for the role of Transition Engineer in Makati, Philippines. The purpose of the position is to contribute to the successful implementation of Managed ICT Service projects, effectively transition clients to and from Managed ICT Service, and fulfill IT Service Management processes assigned to the team whilst minimizing disruption. Some of the main duties and responsibilities include: Collaboratingwith the Transitions team member in the transitioning of projects into production services, using standard transition process. Collectingresults of service testing, consolidates them, and submittingthem to Transitions Senior Manager. Participatingin regular meetings for the Project Implementation and Service Transition. Consolidating all project documentation and submitting it to Transitions Senior Manager. Assisting in the change management for internal Operations and Engineering changes. Followingstandard procedures for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to IT infrastructure, whether it’s rolling out new services, managing existing ones, or resolving problems in the code. Effective change management provides context and transparency to avoid bottlenecks, while minimizing risk. Supportingin the implementation of approved contractual changes. About you To be considered in the role, candidates must pass these work conditions: Preferably with a degree inInformation Technology, Engineering, Management, or related courses. Open to fresh graduates and cadets. Experience in coordination, presentation, reporting. ITIL 4 Foundation (Optional) Reporting to the company’s main office in Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement. Collaborate physically and/or virtually with internal and external stakeholders. May travel for face-to-face client meetings. Attend training and acquire certifications that are applicable to the role.
