About the role

Workswell Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (Solar Panel) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As an Electrical Engineer (Solar Panel), you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art solar panel systems, contributing to the company's commitment to renewable energy solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing efficient solar panel systems to meet client requirements
  • Overseeing the installation of solar panel systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting on installed solar panel systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise solar panel performance and energy efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar panel technology and industry regulations
  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the solar panel lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar panel components, inverters, and electrical systems
  • Proficient in using design software and electrical engineering tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
