Your role will include: Making outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualified leads in our CRM and other lead sources. Generating 6-10 qualified sales leads weekly and scheduling appointments for U.S.-based Business Development Managers. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CHRO, Directors, etc.) Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to keep the pipeline thriving. Utilizing sales scripts and proactive outreach strategies to ensure consistent results. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has: Proven sales experience in outbound B2B environments (IT industry experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone quickly. A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve business goals. High energy, results-driven, and highly productive mindset.
