We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Voice Sales Representative to join our growing team in the real estate vertical. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to assist potential clients in renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing and features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and customer support.

Qualifications:
- SHS Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in voice-based sales, telesales, or a call center environment (real estate background is a plus).
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifts.
