Sourcing Associate at Tata Consultancy Services Account Management Responsibilities Partners with line managers and serves as frontline end‑to‑end HR consultant on employee retention, talent management, employee and labor relations, compliance. Partners with operations to implement strategic retention tools and activities ensuring minimal attrition for the assigned span. Collaborates with HR units on programs such as Engagement With Purpose, policies, procedures impacting assigned account. Ensures compliance of assigned account to global, regional, local HR programs and initiatives. Spearheads and supports organizational development and change management initiatives as per needs of assigned business unit. Drives Engagement with Purpose across all TCS Philippines focusing on Social Collaboration, Health and Wellbeing, Serve my Community tracks. Innovatively develops and implements annual employee engagement strategies, gathers and analyzes engagement data for improvement areas. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of social programs and supports account‑level engagement activities with Talent Engagement Lead. Amplifies focus on total wellbeing through employee health & wellness interventions and fitness programs. Collaborates with Engagement Specialist on implementation and campaign of wellness programs (Fit4Life, Employee Assistance Programs, Monthly Wellness Sessions). Partners with line managers to drive awareness and compliance in code of conduct and values, implements corrective action per policy, collaborates with Legal Team on administrative cases, drives compliance of critical HR policies and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree. 4+ years experience as Generalist or Specialist in Account Management, Labor Relations, Compliance, Talent Management, Health and Wellness, Engagement. Passion for improving employee experience and creating positive social and community difference. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels; strong written communication. High level of accountability, responsiveness, analytical ability, outcome oriented. Advanced Excel skills; initiative, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a can‑do approach to all tasks.
