Office Support – General DescriptionWe are seeking proactive Office Support Specialists to join teams in Cebu and Metro Manila. Roles combine administrative support with customer service responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations while assisting clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, records management, and providing timely assistance to internal departments and customers via phone, email, or in-person visits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities (examples)- Perform routine clerical tasks and general reporting.
- Manage and maintain office records and documentation with integrity and discretion.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and organizing documents, reports, and forms.
- Coordinate paperwork and ensure records are completed and filed accurately.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for routine matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies through careful record-keeping.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems; perform data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment with vendors as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office activities, meetings, and small events.
- Well-versed in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or equivalent (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Associate degree or some college may be preferred for some roles.
- Good organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proficient with basic computer tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Willing to handle diverse tasks and assist in various office needs.
