MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

  • Ensure the attainment of target for Commercial Banca and ORIX

  • Increase penetration Ratio of Metrobank and Orix

  • Collection Efficiency of atleast 80%

  • Insurance Audit

  • Analyze the Portfolio of Metrobank and Orix

  • Continuous Engagement with MBTC and Orix

  • Build professional releationship with Metrobank , Orix and Customer

  • Identify potential Sources of Business

  • Performs Market Study, Identifies Trends and Competitor Scanning

  • Sales Progress Reporting

  • Monthly For e casting of Business

  • Grow Non-Traditional Lines

  • Ensure Profitability of Portfolio

  • To solicit new business, cross- sells and up-sells products

  • To provide continuous assistance and service to MBTC and O rix (Countryside) and other Subsidiaries

  • Claims assistance

  • Cross Sell Life Business

  • Provide regular report

  • Retain Existing Business of Metrobank (Renewal) and Orix ( Renewal ) accounts

  • New Business (Solicitation)

  • Cross Selling

  • Regular collaboration with assigned MBTC and Orix Partners

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Atleast 1 Years experience in Non Life Insurance

  • Preferably with 3 Years experience in marketing, sales, account management and business development.

  • Excellent command of oral and written English.

  • Has good Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation.

  • With Training Courses in GI

  • Can work independently and under pressure.

  • Positive outlook

  • Has the initiative to work outside the scope of business

  • Critical and analytic thinking
