Proficient in English. Familiar with GSuite. Knowledgeable in social media platforms: Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn among others. Background in Wordpress CMS, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Able to create marketing content (Canva, Jitter, Filmora, Photoshop).

Job Description
  • Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insights to market trends and consumer requirements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Chefs and Creatives
  • Develop marketing strategies and execute plans for new and existing F&B concepts/products, which may include events, traditional media relations, social media marketing, aggregator collaborations (Grab/Food Panda), drive to website efforts and influencer collaborations
  • Analyze post-marketing plan execution results, following KPI and ROAS targets
  • Keep in touch with the market to stay ahead of trends that could impact or be re-applied to the business
  • Oversee the design and publication of promotional materials such as ad posts and flyers
  • Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary
Qualifications
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Graduate of B.S. Marketing
  • Well experienced in F&B industry (Restaurant) as Marketing Assistant Manager or Marketing Manager
  • Analytical, Creative with excellent communication skills, flexible with good characteristics
  • Willing to be trained and able to start immediately

Job Description
  • Take full ownership of all aspects of existing and future online stores
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to hit sales quota for responsible stores
  • Manage lives reamers for Lazada/Shopee/TikTok
  • Develop sales and marketing advertising strategy for Lazada or Shopee stores and oversee execution; propose monthly budget and ensure follow through with budget
  • Responsible for sales report, insights gathering and market analysis vs competitors
  • Fully responsible for Sales Registration, Marketing Initiatives, Livestream Concepts & Schedule, Stocks in Store, After Sales & Customer Relations & Manual Sales Discount for all sales events
  • Ensure orders are sent on time and report any backlog or problematic orders
Qualifications
  • At least 4-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in ecommerce platform (Lazada, Shopee) or e-commerce team of retailer or brand
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English
  • Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing and major marketing channels
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with work tasks; may need to OT (with OT pay) for mega events occasionally
  • Proactive with good working attitude; able to voice improvements; confident to work with other teams
  • Leadership to collaborate across teams
  • College degree required

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Commission pay, Overtime pay, Performance bonus

Location requirement: Ortigas Pasig — reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
