Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Marketing & Creative Manager with deep expertise in Amazon marketing, listing optimization, and data-informed creative direction. This role requires someone who can take product claims and translate them into high-converting, Amazon-optimized listings while guiding a team through execution. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of the customer journey on Amazon, understands conversion levers, and brings a strategic mindset to content development—prioritizing performance over aesthetic alone.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Amazon-specific creative strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results such as increased CTR, conversion rate (CR), and sales.
- Translate product information, claims, and value propositions into compelling and high performing Amazon listings (product images, A+ content, storefronts, videos, and more).
- Leverage Amazon metrics and marketplace insights to continuously improve listing performance and optimize customer journey touchpoints.
- Provide clear strategic direction for the design and content teams, ensuring creatives are aligned with Amazon best practices and brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and executive leadership to shape listing strategies that reflect broader business goals.
- Oversee creative execution from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to Amazon guidelines, brand standards, and performance KPIs.
- Stay up to date with Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices to keep the brand competitive and listings optimized.
- Provide mentorship and direction to a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals.
- Manage creative timelines, resource allocation, and potentially oversee agency partnerships or freelance support.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Business, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Amazon marketing, listing strategy, or performance-based ecommerce creative roles.
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership or strategy-focused position with experience managing cross functional creative teams.
- Proven success in optimizing Amazon listings with a data-driven approach (must include metrics such as CTR, CR, and sales growth).
- Deep experience in marketing vitamins, minerals, supplements or similar health-related products on Amazon (required).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, backend optimization, and competitive landscape.
- Experience collaborating with design and copy teams to create compelling visuals and messaging specific to Amazon environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms is a strong advantage.
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or 3D applications (e.g., Blender, Fusion) is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing Amazon listings or campaigns with quantifiable results.
