Overview
This is a contract role for a Mandarin or Japanese IT Service Desk Support L1 position located on-site in Taguig. The IT Service Desk Support L1 will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, managing IT service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role also involves customer service tasks, IT service management, and collaborating with other IT professionals to enhance service delivery.

- Ability to work on-site in Taguig
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
