Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborating cross-functionally Experience with technology implementation or digital transformation projects – an advantag Experience as an officer/master onboard a commercial vessel - an advantage Responsibilities Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers to support new customers through the onboarding and implementation journey Lead the integration of our system within customers’ office-based teams (operations, compliance, technical, HSQE) Act as the professional point of contact in customer calls, providing operational and compliance expertise to ensure smooth adoption Drive change management processes within customer organizations to ensure long‑term alignment and engagement Build strong relationships with office stakeholders and act as their trusted advisor throughout the implementation process Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data, and CS Enablement) to surface customer feedback and improve delivery processes Track implementation progress,identify risks or blockers early, and coordinate internal and external actions to resolve them #J-18808-Ljbffr
