Analyze technical documents (e.g., blueprints, specifications, and proposals) to prepare detailed cost estimates.
With related experience in construction fit outs, offices, data centers
Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, and project management teams to gather information for estimates.
Prepare labor, material, and equipment cost estimates for proposed projects.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid reviews to ensure accurate scoping of work.
Develop and maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing for future reference.
Support project execution teams with technical input during project implementation.
Ensure all estimates comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
Continuously improve estimating tools, methods, and best practices
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineer.
2+ years of experience in a technical or estimating role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction or manufacturing processes (industry-dependent).
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans, or equivalent).
Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical/analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
