About the Role The executive assistant is responsible for timely and accurate information for any client requirements, assisting the director with practice management and assisting with any administration tasks required to service our clients. Key Responsibilities Gather and set up of all jobs ready for accountants Finalisation of all jobs within the firm Set up of new clients Deletion of ceased clients Monthly reporting Database updates Saving documents Companies office administration Trust administration Weekly and Month end reporting Invoicing AML officer Updating statement of process Producing marketing material Monthly newsletter Social media posts Other tasks as required to assist the director About You At least 2-3 years of similar work experience Strong English communication skills: both written and verbal. Need to be able to communicate via Phone and email in a clear and concise manner. High-level computer literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to multiple travel and client systems. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues proactively and independently. Confidence and professionalism in liaising with senior executives and project leaders. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. High level of attention to detail Ability to work as a member of a team or independently MS Office Skills - Excel (Intermediate), Word, Outlook as per MS Office Skills matrix Strong understanding of online booking tools and systems Maintains good attendance and punctuality Able to complete set daily tasks What’s in it for you?
