Assists with a variety of sales activities including order input, meeting scheduling, maintenance of sales literature inventory, and customer service regarding products and pricing. Generates and distributes reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader.Job DetailsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work.Prepare change orders for operations and financePrepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, like contractsUpdate internal databases with account informationLiaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and in -sales serviceAssists with RFP responseGains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.Typically reports to a manager.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Experience:Typically requires 0 to 2 years of related experienceMay require a bachelor’s degreeComputer/Technical: Preferred experience using and managing Salesforce entriesProficient in basic applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.Other Skills:Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Accurate data entry skillsProblem solving abilityExcellent organization and follow up skills.Excellent relationship building skillsAbility to work both individually and as a member of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
