Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • 3 years minimum of relevant experience in managing IT projects and resources.

  • Preferably with process improvement and business optimization experience.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferably with experience in Jira and cloud-based SaaS applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent documentation skills.

  • Advanced technical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed requirements analysis and documentation

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing

  • Manage tasks with QA and Developers

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop & implement solutions.

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings within development team

  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Development Team

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements (Business Analyst Requirements)

  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and project documentation are followed.

  • Continuously improve project workflows, productivity, and delivery processes.

  • Track and monitor team progress and performance

  • Manage tasks with QA and Developers ensuring that tasks are delivered on time and with high quality

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings with development teams to discuss progress, identify issues, and provide guidance on resolving bottlenecks

  • Manage customer change requests and additional requirements, prioritizing them based on business value, scope, and resource availability

  • Monitor and track project progress, including schedule, budget, and quality

  • Create release checklists and ensure smooth deployment of project deliverables to production, verifying released items for quality and functionality
