About the role Join the dynamic team at Office Symmetry as a QA Specialist. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting‑edge software solutions. Based in Tunasan Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company at the forefront of call centre and customer service technology. What you'll be doing Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve software defects Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective testing strategies Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage Analyse test results, document findings, and communicate recommendations to the development team Stay up‑to‑date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies to enhance our quality assurance processes Mentor and train junior QA team members to build a strong quality culture What we're looking for Strong expertise in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of testing frameworks and tools Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Passion for quality and a drive to continuously improve testing processes and standards Qualifications BS Nursing or any Allied Medical Degree At least 1 year of Billing experience (Inpatient and/or Outpatient) Strong understanding of process quality, compliance, and auditing Knowledgeable in ICD and OASIS Excellent attention to detail and communication skills What we offer At Office Symmetry, we believe in fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and work‑life balance.
