What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities You will provide essential support to the marketing team across execution, content creation, and performance tracking: Campaign Support & Lead Generation Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns (including digital ads and promotions) to drive qualified leads for sales and after-sales teams. Support the coordination of product launches, promotions, and events with internal teams and external partners. Content Creation & Brand Strategy Create and assist in the design of compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, articles, and presentations for digital platforms. Write engaging, SEO-friendly content (captions, articles, blog posts) in bothEnglish and Filipino to boost audience reach and engagement. Manage and organize project files and documentation, ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Social Media & Performance Tracking Assist in the daily management and execution of content across key social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and assist the team in preparing analytical reports with key insights. Monitor industry and digital trends, sharing relevant updates with the team. What You’ll Bring: Requirements We value passion and demonstrable skills over years of experience.Internship, academic, or personal portfolio work is highly encouraged. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field. Bilingual Communication: Proven ability in content and copywriting in bothEnglish and Filipino is a non-negotiable requirement. Design Skills: Familiarity with or basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Digital Foundation: Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and performance metrics (analytics). Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
