Job Description

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across digital, offline, and partnership initiatives. You’ll assist in campaign execution, content creation, event coordination, and tracking results. This is a dynamic role for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver marketing materials.
  • Support paid ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) with asset preparation and reporting.
  • Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and gathering insights.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support brand events, community activities, and partnerships.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the marketing team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reports and presentations.
