Supply Planner

The Supply Planner for Finished Goods is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely availability of finished products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maintaining service level targets. This role involves planning, coordination, and collaboration across supply chain functions, production sites, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand & Supply Planning:
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans for finished goods.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, MOQ).
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess.
• Optimize inventory across multiple locations to meet service level agreements.
• Production Coordination:
• Align with manufacturing sites to ensure production schedules meet supply requirements.
• Manage constraints and prioritize production based on demand and capacity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders proactively.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and tools.
• Support initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in planning systems (SAP, APO, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
