As a Supply Planner you will do factory production planning, ensure sufficient raw material and packaging materials.

Production Planning

  • Translate demand forecasts into a supply plan.
  • Create production schedules that align with factory capacity, raw material availability, and lead times.
  • Ensure production aligns with sales and inventory targets.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels (avoid stock-outs or overstock).
  • Track safety stock and reorder points.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Coordinate with Procurement for raw materials and packaging availability.
  • Align with Factory Production on scheduling and output.
  • Support Sales and Logistics to ensure customer orders can be met.

Monitoring & Problem Solving

  • Monitor plan vs. actual (production, sales, and inventory).
  • Identify bottlenecks or risks (e.g., supplier delays, equipment downtime).

Reporting

  • Prepare reports on service level, forecast bias, inventory days, and capacity utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems like SAP is an advantage.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
