Position: HR Support Specialist (With Transportation Allowance) Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Calamba, Laguna Postal Code: 4027 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 5:00pm) Salary: Php15,000-Php25,000 Work Set Up: Onsite BENEFITS: ✨Meal Allowance ✨Transportation Allowance ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave ✨Sick Leave ✨13th Month Pay JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s degree holder ✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse ✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna ✨Amenable to attend face to face interview ✨Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees ✨Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations ✨Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting ✨Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime ✨Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities ✨Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures ✨Maintain and update employee files and HR databases ✨Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development ✨Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (FACE TO FACE) ✨ Initial Interview ✨Final Interview ✨Job Offer
