Responsibilities Create innovative and functional design solutions that integrate sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations Collaborate with project teams, including other architects and engineers, to develop comprehensive design proposals and resolve design challenges Conduct research on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes Rendering, conceptualizing and drafting. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Must be a Licensed Architect Proficiency in any design software Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
