Qualifications & experience Accounting, Finance or Human Resources graduate or equivalent, willing to learn, be a team player and help team grow, knowledgeable in MS office, proficient or advanced Excel a plus Tech- savy, keen to details, organized, can multi-task, can manage time well and know how to prioritize, can be flexible in shift changes whenever needed Minimum of 1+ years of payroll processing experience is required. Experience in HR preferred. Tasks & responsibilities The Payroll Associate will be responsible for client accounts to maintain and process payroll transactions, insuring complete and accurate deliverables for highly confidential financial data Tracks payroll schedule, insuring timely collection and processing of the payroll data to produce accurate outputs for computing and producing client's payroll components. Supports and resolves payroll related inquiries and discrepancies Assists with the creation of main payroll report scans for auditing Coordinates with QA Payroll Auditors for compliant and accuracy reviews Assists with payroll processing following standard operating procedures Maintains complete and accurate client profile notes and processing instructions for each client Completes all duties timely and confirms quality standards and accuracy are met Identifies and raises continuous improvement and automation opportunities Benefits HMO, PTO, Competitive Salary.
