Overview A Telesales Representative drives sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management. They also generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone. Responsibilities Initiating and pre-qualifying prospects over the phone covering New, Dormant, and Selected Existing Accounts , focusing on the following Business Units (BU): Commercial Software Services & Training , IT Security (Sophos) , Volume Sales , Devices & Rentals . Use the SPIN Selling technique to understand customer requirements further and close the sale. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM. Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products/solutions offered by the identified business unit. Answering customers' questions on products/solutions/services offer. Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the internal department to fulfill client needs. Meeting target quotas, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other pertinent information that are essential in monitoring sales progress. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Negotiation Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Ability to address certain issues and seek resolution. Fast learner and can adapt to changes.
