Be part of our success We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and determined Hotel Reconfirmations Consultant to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati. Responsibilities Using the back office to source booking information Effectively confirms hotel reservations by calling or emailing the property Reconfirms with the hotel all details including any special requests Sours property contact details if unavailable in the back office and updates any details for future correspondence Identifies problem bookings and liaises with the Partner Care Team to fix potential issues before check‑in Other admin tasks as assigned by the Partner Care Team Lead or Client Requirements Must be willing to work on‑site and graveyard shifts Previous experience working for a hotel distribution channel is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer HMO within the first month Additional paid vacation leave Monthly allowance Hands‑on support both locally and internationally Collaborative work environment and great work culture Be part of a fast‑growing company Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries Business Consulting and Services Want to know more about Liveware?
