Responsibilities

  • Complex Ticketing Mastery – Price, issue, exchange, and refund multi-sector international and domestic airfares in Amadeus .
  • VIP & Corporate Portfolio – Craft seamless itineraries (air, hotel, cruise, rail, ancillaries) for C-suite and high-net-worth travellers; anticipate and resolve service issues before they arise.
  • Revenue Ownership – Consistently exceed monthly sales and upsell targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.
  • Regulatory & Risk Compliance – Advise clients on visas, health, insurance, and duty-of-care; ensure adherence to GDPR-style data-privacy standards.
  • Process Excellence – Maintain impeccable PNR documentation, manage queues, and keep CRM/mid-office data 100 % audit-ready.
  • Thought Leadership – Mentor junior agents, share best practices, and test new AI features that enhance efficiency and client delight.

Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a directly related field.

Experience

  • 3-5+ years high-volume airline ticketing & reservations (international focus).
  • servicing corporate or premium leisure accounts with revenue targets.

Certifications

  • IATA / UFTAA Foundation or Consultant Diploma (or higher).
  • Amadeus Certificate prefered.

Technical Mastery

  • Expert command of Amadeus (pricing, ticketing, fare construction, ATC reissue, EMDs).
  • Proficient with online booking tools, mid-/back-office platforms, and a modern CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Solid MS Office / Google Workspace skills; ability to learn new AI systems rapidly.

Soft Skills

  • Native-level written & spoken English; capable of detailed client negotiations.
  • Unflappable under pressure, relentlessly detail-oriented, and obsessed with service excellence.
  • Self-managed, ethical, and able to thrive in a fully remote, multicultural team.
