Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendum, etc.)
  • Handling any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors
  • Work closely with other departments to provide legal support for various projects
  • Draft and review SOPs, internal policies, and business processes requiring legal input
  • Verify payment documentation and support Finance/ Marketing teams on local vendor compliance
  • Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger and other corporate action
  • Updating legalities of the company's and its subsidiaries
  • Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations
  • Support the legal team in managing disputes or legal claims
  • Although infrequent, be prepared to represent or liaise on behalf of the company in litigation or regulatory cases if needed
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
  • Having 2 - 5 years working experience
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory processes
  • Extensive experience in legal practice, with experience in corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry-specific legal requirements and regulations
  • Having good personality, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Fluency in business level English both written and spoken
  • Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in contract law or corporate compliance
  • Capable working as a team player
  • Willing to comply with the work-from-office policy (BGC, Taguig City)
