Responsibilities :

• Administer local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF)
• Review time and attendance data prior to payroll processing for accuracy
• Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions and deductions
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll transactions
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle social benefits
• Handle employee contracts and job offers
• Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Process final pay for separated employees

Qualifications :

Main Purpose of the Job : Deliver local HR services within defined SLAs as the customer-facing representative for administrative activities

• Ensure labor/disciplinary cases are timely and compliant with policies
• Draft notices, memos, letters in compliance with standards
• Implement proper disciplinary actions
• Initiate investigations and hearings
• Provide recommendations and corrective actions
