Responsibilities :

  • Administer local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF)
  • Review time and attendance data prior to payroll processing for accuracy
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions and deductions

Main Purpose of the Job : Deliver local HR services within defined SLAs as the customer-facing representative for administrative activities

Key Outputs :

  • Local HR Service Delivery: deliver administrative services within SLA, provide timely information to HRBPs, CoCs, COS and Line Managers; partner with CoCs and HRBPs to address needs; handle non-fully connected employees data updates

  • Draft notices, memos, letters in compliance with standards
  • Implement proper disciplinary actions
