Your Opportunity: Build the Foundation for a Global Mission We are looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to build and lead the financial infrastructure that powers our global mission. Lead Financial Operations & Strategy Mastermind Our Cash Flow: Prepare, monitor, and project cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and fuel our global operations. Drive Profitability: Analyze and manage the P&L, identifying clear opportunities to optimize costs and enhance revenue streams. Oversee Financial Health: Manage all payments, banking relationships, and supplier accounts with precision and efficiency. 2. Guide Strategic Planning & Reporting Build the Financial Roadmap: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and comprehensive, timely financial reports for leadership. Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the COO and CEO. Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and processes across all business units. 3. Act as a Strategic Partner to the Business Advise Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to leadership and country‑leads on all strategic decisions related to investment, financing, pricing and costs, and operational efficiency. Model for Growth: Develop financial models and pricing packages that support new market expansion, new service offerings, and sustainable, long‑term growth. 4. Optimize Processes & Systems Build for Scale: Continuously monitor, optimize, and implement administrative and financial processes and systems that can scale with our rapid expansion. Enhance Efficiency: Champion the use of financial management tools to automate tasks and improve reporting capabilities. Key Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like): Financial Health: A robust and predictable cash flow position and strong liquidity. Planning Accuracy: High accuracy of budgets and forecasts against actual performance. Cost Optimization: Measurable cost savings and optimized resource allocation across brands, reduce costs wherever sensible. Reporting Excellence: Timely, accurate, and insightful delivery of all financial reports. Work with in‑country external accountants to file annual taxes and reconcile books. Process Efficiency: Streamlined bookkeeping, scalable financial operations with reduced manual overhead, minimized errors and workflow duplication. Who You Are: An Experienced Finance Leader and Executive: You have 8+ years of proven experience in comprehensive financial management (cash flow, P&L, budgeting), ideally in a high‑growth, international, or service‑based company. At least 2+ years of finance leadership experience. Experience with multiple international business entities is a plus. A Technical Expert: You have deep, hands‑on knowledge of strategic financial planning and analysis. A Systems & Data Whiz: You are an Advanced Excel expert and are highly proficient in modern financial management tools, accounting software, and CRM tools such as QuickBooks and Salesforce or similar. A Global Communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills with advanced fluency in English , enabling you to clearly report to and advise international stakeholders as well as discuss financial terms and accounting operations with partners in Asia, North America, and South America. A Strategic & Proactive Thinker: You are highly analytical, proactive, and strategic. You don't just report the numbers; you use them to proactively predict trends, identify opportunities, and solve problems.
