Finance Accounting Manager (Nightshift & Remote) Thrivemodal Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview We are looking for someone who has a strong foundation in Treasury Operations including: Cash application and posting Processing AP check runs and Positive Pay Processing ACH transactions Performing complex reconciliations General accounting experience, particularly with cash application and GL coding in QuickBooks (or an equivalent ERP system), is highly desired. The role involves managing a team of 7-8 staff in the Philippines, so prior experience managing an international or large remote team is a must. We are looking for a seasoned leader who has already performed at this level. Responsibilities Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable team leads – provide guidance, approve disputes, resolve issues, set priorities and goals Process weekly check runs as well as one-offs such as quickpays Reconcile GL accounts monthly Cash application in QuickBooks and Aljex (A/R team may perform the work; you would oversee the process) Book general journal entries in QuickBooks Perform month-end close responsibilities between QuickBooks and Aljex Submit funding requests from our line of credit to maintain cash balance Perform weekly forecasting, anticipate cash requirements, and manage cash receipts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Five years of progressive accounting experience Previously held role of senior accountant or higher Public accounting experience a plus but not required Can start ASAP Able to work night shift (Eastern Timezone) #J-18808-Ljbffr
