eClerx Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Talent Sourcing Specialist Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Work Arrangement: Onsite (Work On Site) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for attracting and generating qualified candidate leads for both volume hiring (frontline/operations) and niche/corporate support roles within a BPO/Shared Services environment. This role will manage and optimize sourcing channels, collaborate with vendors and external hiring partners, and build strong talent pipelines to support aggressive recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities Source candidates for high-volume hiring (e.g., Customer Service Associates) and niche roles (WFM, Reporting & Analytics, Training, Quality, Finance, IT, etc.). Manage sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, grassroots community sourcing, and referral programs. Handle vendor management , including agency coordination, performance evaluation, and deliverables monitoring. Execute channel management : job postings, channel utilization, budget tracking, and ROI assessment. Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Perform initial screening and qualification of candidates prior to endorsement to Recruiters. Track sourcing funnel performance such as leads generated, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and present insights to TA leadership. Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives including job fair participation and sourcing events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1+ years of sourcing experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Proven experience sourcing for both volume hiring and niche/corporate support roles . Experience in vendor management (staffing agencies, local PESO offices, universities, community partnerships). Skilled in advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, talent mapping). Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills. Channel and Vendor Management.
