Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist eClerx, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in account management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments while maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities Recruitment processes for multiple clients and internal teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering consultation on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies. Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top talent. Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities and client interactions. Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and progress. Stay updated on industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in account management or client relationship roles. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and fulfilling diverse recruitment needs. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strategic mindset with the ability to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proactive, results-driven, and client / applicant-focused attitude.
