Location: Ortigas or BGC, TaguigWork Setup: Hybrid (8x a month onsite)Employment Type: Direct hire with the client About the Role We are seeking a Manager for Assurance Services who will lead teams delivering high-quality audit and assurance engagements for global clients. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of engagements, ensuring service quality, and guiding your team in achieving operational and strategic goals. The role requires strong technical knowledge, people management skills, and the ability to drive process improvement through automation and digitization. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of assurance and audit engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Review and provide feedback on team outputs prior to delivery to engagement teams or clients. Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and capacity within the team. Coach and mentor associates and senior associates, providing continuous performance feedback and professional development support. Participate in quality, compliance, and governance initiatives to uphold audit standards and best practices. Collaborate with global stakeholders, contributing to a high-performing and positive work culture. Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation, and data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent field. At least 7 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance, with at least 1 year in a managerial role .
