Role: Risk Assurance Manager

Set-up: Hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig) 2-3 days WFH/Onsite (Mon-Fri but should be amenable to work on weekends during busy days)

Job Description

The person is primarily responsible for understanding the service delivery model and the suite of services provided by their assigned service delivery team and comprehend how the workflow is managed within AC Manila's workflow management tool during their participation in all phases of a financial statement and audit of internal controls.

- Take ownership of a portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work prior to completion and delivery back to clients.

- Coach staff by providing proactive and constructive feedback in a timely manner in order for them to develop and meet their objectives and improve performance.

- Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/performance processes.

Qualifications: 

a. A graduate of BS Accountancy and a CPA license holder OR CISA certified

b. Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management;

c. Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills;

d. At least 5 years of meaningful experience in Internal Audit or External Audit with exposure to business process and IT controls testing

e. CPA certification is a mus
