We're looking for a Business Assurance Manager to lead security, investigations, and audit programs across the IDP IELTS network in the Philippines. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll ensure operational excellence, drive compliance, and contribute to global assurance standards — all while working with passionate professionals in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Working closely with the Global Business Assurance team, Test Centre Administrators, and other stakeholders, the Manager will coordinate and conduct audits, support investigations, and monitor compliance across test centre operations. 

This is a full time permanent opportunity based in Manila at our Pasig office,the role will manage a team in the Philippines and ensuring day-to-day assurance activities are carried out consistently and effectively. 

What you'll do
  • Implement security and compliance strategies to protect the integrity of IELTS.
  • Lead investigations and audits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with global standards.
  • Manage and mentor the Philippines Business Assurance team.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent IDP in partner forums and contribute to strategic working groups.
