RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to final offer.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Assist in creating accurate job descriptions and job postings.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing them with relevant company and position details.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages when necessary.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig/Makati City.
