· Preparation of merit increase for rank and file employees
· Issuance of Employment Certification
· Process Sickness benefit reimbursement and certification of employee’s loan via SSS portal
· Assigned in various HR programs such as Training, Mental health awareness, etc.
· Maintaining and updating employees records
· Assigned day to day transaction of HR and admin. tasks
· Performs other duties as assigned
