Territory Sales Manager

A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is generally the point person and the overall in charge of all accounts in the assigned territory, including both Key Account and Secondary Accounts. He/She manages and oversees the distributor in the territory and acts as a business representative with whom the client has one-on-one interaction. He/she oversees daily tasks involved with addressing customer needs and maintaining account activities in the assigned territory. He/she is responsible for opening and developing new and existing accounts to promote growth in sales and expand distribution. He/she is accountable for the growth or decline of the assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team towards a common goal.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: They need to be effective communicators, both with their team and with clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: They must have a strong understanding of the sales process and be skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.

Job Description

Qualifications
  • At least Senior high graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive and result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Willing to undergo onsite training
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
