We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you Account specific roles and responsibilities Check and confirm daily admissions to ensure proper documentation and workflow. Gather and enter patient intake information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor and track incoming referrals from various sources to ensure timely follow-up and processing. Review and validate diagnosis codes (ICD codes) to ensure accuracy for billing and clinical documentation. Communicate regularly with the Intake Manager to address issues, updates, and support overall intake operations.
