Account-specific roles and responsibilities- Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items.
- Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead.
- At least 6 months BPO experience in a healthcare account
- Knowledgeable with US healthcare insurance
- Good working knowledge in checking and processing Authorization
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
