Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff, from sourcing to onboarding. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers efficiently. Represent FEU Tech at job fairs, campus events, and field recruitment drives. Track and analyze hiring metrics (e.g., source of hire, applicant success rates). Manage job offer consultations and discussions with applicants. Create and publish job advertisements across internal and external platforms. Coordinate faculty recruitment across FEU Alabang, FEU Diliman, and FEU Tech. Deployment & Onboarding Ensure smooth deployment of newly hired employees. Verify completeness of pre-employment requirements. Conduct or coordinate Team Member Orientation sessions. HRIS & Records Management Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Encode new hire information into the HRIS accurately and promptly. Qualifications Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or any related course. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in academic or faculty hiring. Proficient in recruitment metrics, labor relations administration (LRA), and client coordination. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Willing to work onsite in Sampaloc, Manila. Why Join Us?
