The Role: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best people, fast. This role is ideal for someone breaking into recruitment or an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s excited to hire and be a part of a high‑performing team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing great candidates and running screening calls using our proven Healf hiring framework. You’ll bring curiosity, work ethic, and drive to get results fast. Where You’ll Make an Impact: Source top candidates for roles across the business using LinkedIn and other platforms. Write and test personalised outreach messages to improve response and screening conversion rates. Conduct structured screening interviews (you’ll be trained using our Healf screening guides). Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles. Assess candidates for experience, skills, mindset, motivation, and culture fit. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track sourcing and interview metrics to improve performance and hiring speed. Adapt recruitment strategy based on shifting business needs and fast feedback loops. Help shape a proactive, high‑performance recruitment function rooted in learning and action. Experience in fast‑paced, high‑intensity environments—startups, agencies, sales, operations, or client services—ideally remotely for overseas startups.
